QUALITY CONSTRUCTION
At the heart of Jonmer is quality construction, with a proud reputation
for high-spec building and sensitivity to the needs of individual occupiers
and investors. Since its conception in 1968 Jonmer has forged enviable
relationships with architects, planners, visionary designers and construction
companies to create a distinctive "Jonmer style".
The influence Jonmer has had on the growth and structure of the
commercial centres ("Supa Centas") and industrial theme parks that have
grown out of Auckland over the past three decades, is most obvious on
the North Shore, Manukau City, Bay of Plenty, Hamilton, Nelson and
Christchurch. It is an influence that is now rapidly spreading to meet the needs of modern living in other highly urbanised areas of New Zealand.
